Constraints on Complex Electroweak WIMPs from Solar Capture

Why it is here
With thermal freeze-out and a standard halo this excludes most electroweak-multiplet explanations of the event, but an LMC-enhanced high-speed tail can lift the LZ-preferred splitting above the solar bound for many multiplets.
Machine-assisted summary
The authors generalize solar capture, energy loss, and annihilation from Higgsinos to scalar and fermionic electroweak multiplets, finding that IceCube requires splittings above roughly 350 keV for higher representations up to 100 TeV.
